There are a number of new things and places in Verbier this season which is very exciting!
Vie Montagne
The Rosalp in the centre of Verbier building has finally been finished and a fantastic new craft brewery, club and fine dining restaurant has launched called Vie Montagne. While similar in style to Soho-House in London, the head Chef Lawrence McCarthy’s focus for the restaurant is on producing elegant plates of locally sourced food made with quality ingredients.
New lift at Mont Gélé
We also have a new ‘extremely high-performance’ ski lift to take us from Attelas up to Mont Gelé. We can’t wait to try it!
Mountain Thyme cookery school
Also new to Verbier for the 2017/18 season is a fabulous new cookery school. Centrally situated on Route de la Poste, it offers something for tourists and residents, adults and children alike. The school provides a variety of courses including two-hour sessions, day-long courses, evening events and kids clubs. Choose from Dinner Party Classics, Perfect Pastry, Swiss Cuisine and many more – we are sure you’ll find a class that suits you perfectly, so let us know which you’d like and we’ll book you in to the school.
Après bar at Relais des Neiges
Rumour has it that we are getting a new après ski bar at the Relais des Neiges – watch this space for more info…
